The product you see online or in-store will not be exactly the same as the product that is commissioned and crafted specifically for you by hand. However our crafting process is very specific with each stitch counted to specification for each product, and several quality controls in place to ensure you receive a product of the highest standard, as befitting the Beruccio name.
At Beruccio we passionately believe that our product should be exclusive. We don’t mass-produce any of our products, each individual briefcase or piece of luggage takes between 30 and 100 hours to be completed. For each of our ranges we only produce to order, with an upper limit on the number produced, so that each product is limited edition. Each bag is numbered and a certification provided with the matching edition number. Each bag also comes with the “Vegetable Dyed in Tuscany” certification, the “100% Made In Italy” certification and our 10 year guarantee. The end result is a gorgeous heirloom item that is distinctive and unique in character.

Giovanni Beruccio only makes their products available in strictly limited editions, which creates an exclusive element to their incredible products. In addition every Beruccio product comes with a certification of authenticity. The certification gives the guarantee that only finest Tuscan vegetable-dyed leather has been utilized in each product, and is created using the highest quality Italian components. The Beruccio certification also reassures the buyer that all their bags are 100% made and produced in Italy. Finally each certification comes with a unique code that matches the code inside your bag. This assures each owner of the authenticity and uniqueness of this exquisite product they now own.
Counterfeiting of Beruccio Bags
Giovanni Beruccio are collaborating with various agencies to stop the shipment of counterfeit goods, preventing their sale and distribution. We pride ourselves on producing a unique item of rare value for our discerning customers.
Please let us know if you notice any suspicious looking Beruccio products and we will where appropriate take legal action to prevent counterfeiting. We want to protect our brand and our customers so we’re cooperating with authorities to have counterfeit websites and online auctions removed. The only authorized website is www.beruccio.com so any website looking like this but without the aforementioned domain is not a genuine website.
Whilst we would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we’re unable to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from us nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds. We do go to great lengths to produce bags that are unique and very difficult to reproduce. All of our bags come with Certification of Authenticity from our Italian workshop. Each one is traceable back to our workshop with a unique serial number.

Because we are so confident in the exceptional quality and workmanship of our bags, we guarantee them against faulty manufacturing for 10 years.
It is important that you register your guarantee as soon as you receive your bag, so that your guarantee is validated and registered with us.
In the unlikely event of your bag developing a fault within 10 years of purchase, please contact us. We may ask you to send us photos of the fault, or we may ask you to return the bag. If we ask you to return the bag for inspection, we will ask you to pay for postage. Our expert craftsmen will examine your bag and their decision is final. If the fault is due to faulty workmanship or components, we will reimburse the postage cost, so please keep your postage receipt.
If the fault is due to faulty workmanship or faulty components, we will repair or replace at our discretion. We will keep you informed at every stage of this process.
If the fault is due to user damage, or fair wear and tear, then we will give you a quote of how much we would charge to repair. If you decide not to go ahead with this repair, we will return the bag to you at our cost.
If your bag has been repaired by anyone other than us, then this guarantee will be invalidated.
If your bag is over 10 years old, we will supply a quote for repair if you contact us.
This Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, under British Law.
